Service Usage

• • Respect Google's Terms of Service and Google Workspace policies

AI-Generated Content

• • Quiz questions are generated using AI and provided "as is"
• • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content
• • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI output
• • Use generated content as a starting point and customize as needed
• • You retain ownership of your quiz topics and the final quiz content

Google Forms Integration

• • Our add-on integrates with Google Forms through official APIs
• • We only access the specific form you're working with
• • Changes made to your forms through our add-on are permanent
• • You can modify or delete generated content using Google Forms editor
• • Uninstalling the add-on does not remove previously generated content

Service Availability

• • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• • Planned maintenance will be announced when possible
• • AI generation may occasionally fail due to external service limitations
• • We reserve the right to modify features or discontinue the service with notice

Prohibited Uses

• • Creating harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
• • Violating intellectual property rights of others
• • Using the service to generate content for commercial quiz platforms without permission
• • Overloading our systems with excessive requests

Intellectual Property

• • Our add-on software and AI models are our intellectual property
• • You may use generated quiz content for educational and commercial purposes
• • Do not redistribute or resell our add-on or its core functionality

Free Service

• • AI Quiz Maker is currently provided free of charge
• • We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future
• • Current users will receive advance notice of any pricing changes
• • No refunds are applicable as the service is currently free

Limitation of Liability

We provide this service "as is" and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• • Inaccurate or inappropriate AI-generated content
• • Service interruptions or data loss
• • Any consequences of using generated quiz content
• • Issues with Google Forms or Google Workspace integration

You use our service at your own risk and discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HrefLabs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
